The Jedi Sage is one of the most notorious targets Bounty Hunters will ever face. With a huge toolbox of skills the Sage is able to move across the battlefield and heal their allies in the process. The sage relies on long range force attacks to deal damage.
Your best defense against these Jedi is to know what their capabilities are and how to counter them.
The first thing to know is that Sages have very potent heals like Deliverance. Combined with their ability to shield themselves and others with Force Armor they can be quite hard to bring down. Their defenses past this point rely on evasion such as using Force Speed to escape the battle to heal themselves.
Your best bet is to continue to damage them and to pursue them when they flee. They don't have much lasting power when being attacked. Their resource system endures a long time so its important to not Overheat when trying to kill one.
Two other annoying abilities that should be noted are Force Wave and Rescue. Force Wave can be used to knock you back into pits and Rescue is used to pull allies away from harm. If a Sage is charging up to you its a probable that they are going to try and use Force Wave to knock you back and possibly off a platform.
Tips:
- Use your Stun when they flee with their Force Speed.
- Don't Overheat trying to burst them down.
- Be careful on platforms with Force Wave knock backs.
Sages will probably be the hardest for you to kill but it is possible.
